Bieler Père et fils Côtes du Rhône Rosé
Bieler Père et fils Côtes du Rhône Rosé
"Just proper rosé" - Charles Bieler
Rose should be bone dry and grown in Provence PERIOD.
Bieler Père et Fils is grown in a rugged area of Provence, an area recognized for producing the best rosés in the world. Higher elevation and cooler nighttime temperatures allow for gentle ripening and a natural, balanced acidity, while dry land and proximity to the Mediterranean make for crisp and dry sipping. The Father and son team at Bieler balances classic french wine making with a modern pallette for the wine that has taken the world by storm.
Simply put, this is a lovely rosé. It's bone dry and has a perfect balance of floral, herbal, and fruit notes. It’s tremendously silky, easy on the palate, and has subtle flavors of white peach, raspberry, cherry, and orange blossom.
