  • Check Out Online

    Pay for your order online and we will send you an order number and digital receipt. You will need your order for pick up.

  • Pick Up at Portico

    We'll email or text you when your order is ready for pickup at Portico. Present your order number at the host stand and get your wine.

When can I pick up my order?

We'll send you an email or text as soon as your order is ready. 

We typically will have orders ready for pick up 2-4 days from when we receive your order but could have it as early as same day. 

Where do I pick up my order?

At Portico Restaurant, 12506 River Rd Richmond, VA 23238. We are open for pick ups between 11:00am - 9:30pm. We'll be ready to greet you up front at the host stand. 

What happens once I place my order?

As soon as you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with an order number and digital receipt. Our team will get busy preparing your order for pick and will email you when your order is ready. 

Can you help me get a specific wine not listed on your site?

Absolutely! Whether it's a few of the rare fine wines you love, your daily chardonnay or cabernet, or bulk wine for your wedding or event, we are delighted to help.
