When we think of French Chardonnay we never think of the Loire Valley, a region typically known for its legendary Sauvignon Blanc. We think that’s what makes this wine unique–it’s an example of Loire winemaking at its best in a varietal we typically don’t associate with the region and the result is delicious and affordable. 

Not a fan of oaky chardonnays? This wine is for you. It's fermented in concrete vats instead of oak barrels, so it lacks the oakiness that turns some off to chardonnay. This wine has a beautiful freshness with notes of citrus and crisp apple. It’s lightly buttery and has a bit of minerality like in the sancerres we love from this region.
